Yesterday I had the pleasure of doing a wedding cake for Naomi & Pete. They asked for a three tier cake, the bottom tier was chocolate mucd with rich chocolate frosting, the middle tier was carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, and the top tier vanilla with jam and buttercream. The cake was iced in ivory sugarpaste, a covered with edible lace, with real roses and peonies. The topper was supplied by the bride.
I travelled over to the Palm House in Sefton Park to set the cake up, which is a beautiful venue, and the rain stayed away too!
