Courvoisier Brandy CakeCourvoisier Brandy Cake

Julie approached Amy asking for a 65th Birthday Cake for her Mum. She didn't have too may ideas. Her Mum is a fan of Marks & Spencer and Courvoisier Brandy. Amy suggested the latter for a cake, with a hint of M&S. Julie agreed and asked Amy to design in. Above is a picture of the result.

The cake is a 6 inch Drip Cake made from three layers of vanilla sponge separated with jam and butter-cream. It is covered in aqua blue butter-cream icing and while the cake wasn't brandy flavoured, is was decorated with a miniature bottle ofCourvoisier Brandy along with a brandy glass.
